Our Telephone support is offered at a fixed cost, which provides your business and staff with help whenever and wherever they need it. . The support we offer is always comprehensible enabling us to solve your computer problems instantly and easily. We are always ready to take your calls and get the business up and running as fast as possible.

Email Support.

These days email is a main form of medium to communicate with people and businesses. Thats why at Computerden we offer our customers the option to use email as part of our IT support packages. Support,instructions and advice can be given by email.

Livehelp pay as you go ( PAYG ).

If you have a broadband connection then this is fastest, smartest easiest way to get IT support. Our pay-as-you go service costs just £22.50 (ex VAT) for 30 minutes' assistance, enough to resolve most problems. You can call our experts from 9am to 5pm Monday to friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
