I f you think we can add other and better features please let us know. If there is something that we can do better we want to know. If there is something that you don't like we also want to know. You can access new web site by typing http://www.computerden.co.uk/home/ in your internet browser.
Free PC review voucher - Come on and get your free PC review. Yes its free and No there is no catch ! We wanted to give our customers something in return for their support , so we have introduced the Free PC or Laptop review. It is an excellent report and it will give you full details on the security of your PC, what areas are vulnerable, and the PC's capabilities. It is well worth having as you can see what your PC looks like on paper , STOP , oh this is sounding really geeky now !
So when you see us putting these vouchers through your door on a cold frosty morning , you will now know who we are and if you don't want your free pc review give it to someone who does, preferably not the bin man !

New service introduced - Computerden have just launched their new remote assistance support service. We have worked on this type of service over the last 3 years when this kind of service was not known by most and probably feared by most also. We tried various ways to promote this service and make user's familiar with this kind of technology. Although most of our users loved the service most preferred the face to face service . But times are a changing ! said Bob Dylan. A lot of our customers now call us or visit asking to have a remote service or in some cases refer to it as - Can I have that thingy whereby you take control of my PC and move the mousse ? We know what you mean and yes of course we can remotely fix your PC.
Albert passed away - For those of you that knew Albert the goat, I am afraid to say that she passed away ( on the same day as Patrick Swayzee ) . She was the Computerden Mascot for many years and brought a lot of fun and joy to the computerden customers . Rowan the black lab also misses her and still goes to her hut to find her. Albert is dearly missed by all. Albert's picture was taken by the Scotsman last year .
