Q. What services do Computerden offer?

A: We offer computer support and repairs, We provide quick and expert solutions for everything technological. We offer you a choice of services with our Home Visits, Workshop facilities and remote assistance support.

Q. How much will it cost to get my pc fixed?

A: We offer the quickest and most cost effective method of computer repair that is right for you. Our home visits have a minimum charge of £55.00. Our workshop has an initial diagnostic charge of £25.00 and we will always give you a quote for any work to be done. Our remote assistance support starts at £14.99.

Q. What if Computerden cannot fix my problem or the problem happens again?

A: In the rare situation that we cannot fix your problem, a £25.00 diagnostics would still be payable to cover our engineers time.

Q. What are your payment methods?

A: Our payments methods are Paypal/ Visa/Switch/Debit cards/Solo/cash & cheque. Payment must be made when the PC/laptop or item is collected from the workshop. All remote assistance support must be paid in advance and our home visits can be paid there or then. We can arrange an invoice to be sent but this must be arranged prior to the home visit.

Q. What are your opening times?

A: We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 5pm. On a Thursday we open 9am – 7pm. We offer this late night as we appreciate a lot of our customers are at work during our normal opening hours.

A: We offer computer repairs and support in Angus & Tayside . We carry out PC repairs in Aberlemno Alyth, Arbroath, Barry, Blairgowrie, Brechin, Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Douglastown, Dundee, Edzell , Ferryden, Forfar, Friockheim, Glamis, Hillside, Inverkeilor, Kingsmuir, Kirriemuir, Letham, Lunanhead, Maryton, Monifieth, Montrose, Northmuir, Perth, Oathlaw, Padanaram, Tannadice, Trinity. Q. How long will you have my PC?

A: Systems should be booked into the workshop for a minimum of two days to allow for proper diagnosis and testing to be carried out. Occasionally we may need to order parts which would mean we would need to keep you system for a longer period of time. We would keep you updated.

A: Live chat is a method of responding to our customer's questions and needs in-real time through the use of the internet. "chat" technology is the newest and fastest way to speak to a technician.

Q. Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

A: Yes we offer a warranty on all repairs and work carried out . All repairs will have a 7 day warranty. Workshop warrantys will start from the day the Item is collected from Computerden. All home visits and remote assistance support warrantys will commence from the day the repair was carried out. Should additional faults occur other than the original repair an additional charge will apply.
